Our Confident Team Leader Programme is a 12 week virtual programme of leadership training modules and bi weekly coaching support.
This programme is ideal for newly appointed team leaders and those aspiring to step into their first line management role and want to lead confidently and effectively.
The Confident Team Leader Programme is run by multi award winning Trainer Jacqui Turner. For 3 consecutive years Turner Corner led by Jacqui, has been awarded Best Customer Service Training Provider. She was also awarded Welsh Contact Centre Trainer of the Year in 2014, whilst employed as the Leadership Trainer For Tesco. Jacqui has also been named within the Top 15 Global CX Influencers in 2024.
Confident Team Leader Programme Outline
When your team leaders join the programme, they will have immediate access to online leadership resources.
The 12 week programme includes 6 leadership courses and 6 group coaching sessions to help embed their skills.
Jacqui is also on hand throughout the 12 weeks to answer questions and provide mentoring support as and when needed.
