This Equality Diversity and Inclusion course is delivered by our Associate Andy who has dedicated his life to assisting others in learning and in improving their lives. He has done so across a diverse range of people from prisoners serving ‘life’ sentences to CEOs of major companies. Therefore, his ability to build rapport, communicate complex ideas and guide changes in behaviour is the foundation of his work as a facilitator.
Andy is also a designer of drama-based and active learning courses, specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion projects, Mental Health Awareness, Resilience and Mental Well-being at Work
During this Equality Diversity & Inclusion course you will…
- Understand the importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and how to apply it within the workplace.
- Identify the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.
- State individual, team and organisation’s responsibilities.
- Understand how to manage discrimination, harassment and bullying.
- Explain what unconscious bias is and reflect on how this can occur.
- State how to access information, advice and support.
