Turner Corner Learning Solutions also provides creative programmes for Customer Service Agents who wish to develop their Communication skills in order to provide a first-class customer service.

In addition, as part of our programmes, we provide a 30 day email support service for delegates to ask our Trainer questions following the attendance of one of our courses. We will provide guidance and follow up support via email, as we understand that individuals often have questions they have thought of a day or two later; or they want to develop their knowledge about a topic,a little deeper. This is just one of the ways that we show we truly are here to develop the skills of employees by developing a relationship, rather than providing a ‘Quick-Fix’.
