How are we different?
We do not provide ‘off-the-shelf’ courses for our Clients, as we understand that every company is different and will have specific needs.
All course pages therefore provide a guide of content that can be delivered as an overview. However, we provide a bespoke service to ensure that all training content is tailored to meet the needs of the learners and the Client, based on the level of knowledge and experience of individuals and outcomes required.
All courses are therefore adapted to meet the needs of all leadership levels and those who aspire to be future leaders.
Turner Corner Learning Solutions also provides creative programmes for Customer Service Agents who wish to develop their Communication skills in order to provide a first-class customer service.
We also deliver excellent courses for individuals who aspire to be motivational Trainers of the future.
In addition, as part of our programmes, we provide a 30 day email support service for delegates to ask our Trainer questions following the attendance of one of our courses. We will provide guidance and follow up support via email, as we understand that individuals often have questions they have thought of a day or two later; or they want to develop their knowledge about a topic,a little deeper. This is just one of the ways that we show we truly are here to develop the skills of employees by developing a relationship, rather than providing a ‘Quick-Fix’.
