If you’ve been following the Leadership Challenges, I have recently uploaded the 8th Challenge on YouTube.
This Challenge focuses on coaching and not jumping in quickly to offer your team member your own suggestions. What works for you, isn’t necessarily going to be as effective for them. Coaching is about becoming comfortable with silences, rather than filling them. If you’ve asked a really great question, isn’t it only fair to give the other person enough time to reflect and respond?
