Being able to influence and persuade others to encourage them to do what you would like them to do is a key skill not only in business but in life!

During this session you will learn the key skills and techniques to win other people around to your ideas, influence others on decisions and persuade them to take a certain course of action, all by the way that you communicate with them. Whether it’s a team member that doesn’t want to adhere to changes, or it may be that you feel you have a great idea and need to influence not only your team but also management, in order to get your idea off the ground.

People with advanced communication skills understand not just how to communicate with others, but also how to influence them.
