Customer Service – Thought For The Week

I’m excited to announce a new series of Customer Service – Thought For The Week videos, which I’ve uploaded to my YouTube Channel. This week’s video focuses on how to turn a negative response to a positive one. The main aim is to avoid phrases such as ‘Unfortunately, Mrs Jones, we cannot…..’ and instead start responses with ‘What I can do is…..’. In most cases where you cannot give the customer exactly what they’ve asked for, there will be an alternative solution. So why not start your response by offering that solution? It shows customers that you do want to help.
